Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Business Services Competence Center to grow sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will actively acquire new clients, build relationships and shape the sales pipeline for services in finance, HR and operations.

Role requires 3+ years in B2B service sales, fluent German and strong English, plus a proactive, outcome-driven attitude. Based in Poland with Polish residency, the position offers growth in a dynamic team and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager.
• Fluent in German enabling collaboration with the DACH region and very good English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations.
• Dynamic, independent personality focused on achieving sales goals.
• Proactivity and ability to build positive business relationships; fluent in Polish and based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquiring new clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline.
• Promoting and selling Business Services in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Business Operations, HR.
• Preparing commercial offers, negotiating, finalizing contracts, and supporting inquiries.
• Building long-term client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.
• Collaborating with marketing on sales initiatives and events.
• Supporting pre-sales and working with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts.
• Acting in line with Sii's mission, goals, and values.
