Voluum is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Kraków to support client acquisition and relationship management. This entry-to-mid level role favors candidates with 1–2 years of B2B sales, especially outbound, who will qualify leads and manage a growing sales pipeline.

You will represent Voluum at events and explore new sales channels, with a base salary plus performance-based bonus. The position offers a flexible work setup in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years in B2B sales or client facing roles.
• Proactive prospecting and outbound outreach experience.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and close potential clients via phone, email, Teams, and other channels.
• Manage the sales pipeline and monitor conversion rates.
• Close monthly and long-term small and medium-size contracts.
• Represent Voluum at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Generate leads to support pipeline growth when needed.
• Collect data to understand client needs and improve sales effectiveness.
