Job summary

Voluum in Kraków, Poland, is hiring a Product Manager to join the Voluum PM team. You will be responsible for delivering specific product outcomes aligned with the company's strategic priorities and helping shape the roadmap with leadership.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, Support, Marketing and Sales to run end-to-end product work—from discovery to phased releases—on a technically complex B2B SaaS analytics platform.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
Track record of delivering outcomes end-to-end.
Exposure to technically demanding products (tracking/analytics/ads).
Experience with affiliate tracking or performance marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver product outcomes with discovery, prioritization, scope, phased rollouts, and post-release monitoring.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap with leadership and other PMs.
Run end-to-end work: discovery interviews, data analysis, PRDs, backlog in YouTrack, documentation in Confluence.
Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, Support, AM/CS, and Marketing.
Ship iteratively with small, phased releases.
