Job summary

CO2OLTEC Commercial Refrigeration in Poland seeks a senior service leader to drive operational excellence, customer experience, and revenue growth across the local service organization.

You will own the local P&L, analyze monthly results, lead a team of field technicians, manage subcontractors, and implement CCR's principles while aligning with financial targets and central strategies.

Qualifications

• Fully understand the P&L structure (from revenue to costs)
• Influence the P&L with operational KPI actions
• Deep knowledge of Service KPIs and how they interconnect
• Understand Service standard processes
• Align customer needs with financial targets
• Deliver positive results within the agreed timeframe

Responsibilities

• Own and manage local Service P&L - revenue and costs
• Monthly P&L analysis and actions
• Lead Local Service Organization
• Communicate results to local Service Team
• Analyze monthly operational KPIs and take actions
• Manage customer relationships and subcontractors
• Implement Commercial and Operational Principles
• Review pricing and contracts as needed
• Develop Service Business
• Revisit and improve standard processes
• Execute central initiatives and CCR strategy
• Participate in central reviews and propose corrective actions
• Claims and Disputes management
