Job summary

Teltonika is looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our Warsaw team. You will drive new business, manage client relationships, and promote leading networking solutions.

The role requires Polish and English fluency and a valid driving license, with uncapped commissions and ongoing professional growth opportunities. You will contribute to market research, build a CRM database, and coordinate with technical teams to tailor offers and fulfill customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales (hardware preferred).
• Fluent Polish and excellent English.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Organized, results-oriented, and challenger mentality.
• Polish driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential and growth opportunities.
• Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through daily contact, presentations, and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and contracts to achieve sales goals.
• Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika Networks and its products.
• Build and maintain a CRM database.
• Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
