Job summary

Teltonika Security Systems in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a proactive B2B Sales Representative to strengthen the ambitious sales team. You will drive sales across the domestic market and master B2B sales skills, representing Teltonika Security Systems and its advanced security solutions.

As part of the team, you will build relationships with key decision-makers, participate in market development, and contribute to Teltonika's international expansion with strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Motivation for B2B sales; experience is a plus.
• Organized, results-oriented and challenger mindset.
• Experience with security systems is a strong advantage.
• Valid Category B driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and online meetings to drive sales growth and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Contribute to market research, identifying potential markets and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and meetings.
• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve sales goals.
• Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Security Systems and its products.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.
