Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support automotive clients in a fast-paced, B2B environment. You will manage inquiries, orders, and service requests while collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support to ensure high-quality service.

You will need strong CRM (SAP preferred), advanced Excel skills, and fluent English to maintain records, generate reports, and identify improvements in processes. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B customer service or sales support.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong CRM knowledge, SAP preferred, plus MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with proactive, professional attitude.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for B2B customers, handling queries about orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support.
• Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain understanding of automotive product portfolio and service offerings.
• Track backorders, returns, and warranty claims.
• Identify improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Maintain records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare reports and insights on customer service performance and trends.
