Mettler Toledo Llc is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to handle customer inquiries, issue and correct invoices, and support logistics and data processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong customer orientation, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer support.
• Good knowledge of English and French (min. B2 written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Find solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
• Issue and correct invoices; create CMR/DMR as needed.
• Monitor resolution status of inquiries and issues.
• Create quality notifications to logistics team.
• Create return and replacement orders.
• Ensure data integrity in SAP and related systems.
• Resolve order-related queries internally and externally.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
