Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking an Instructional Desing and Learning Technology Specialist to design and deliver digital and blended learning solutions for aviation IT products. You will work with subject matter experts, trainers and customers to transform complex concepts into clear learning content and engaging experiences.

The role requires experience in instructional design, LMS management (Adobe Learning Manager / Adobe Captivate Prime), and applying adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and development of digital or blended learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Adobe Learning Manager / Adobe Captivate Prime).
• Practical knowledge of e-learning creation methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results.
• Hybrid work readiness with 2 days in Gdańsk.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Degree or education related to training, instructional design, education, communication, or technology is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital and blended learning solutions for complex aviation IT products.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, trainers, and stakeholders to transform technical knowledge into effective learning materials.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Develop e-learning modules, training materials, interactive content, graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.
• Analyze learner needs and recommend appropriate learning formats, tools, and delivery methods.
• Define and track learning effectiveness metrics to continuously improve training quality.
• Support the creation of competency-based learning paths for aviation professionals worldwide.
• Review, test, and continuously improve learning content to ensure accuracy and usability
