Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kraków is seeking a Learning Experience Design Specialist to craft engaging digital learning experiences. You will use AI-powered tools and modern authoring platforms to create high-quality learning at speed, while maintaining brand and accessibility standards.

You’ll own end-to-end learning solutions, support a community of creators, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and templates in a fast-growing global Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital learning experiences or content (first role, internship, freelance, or personal projects).
• Familiarity with AI tools in creative/learning work.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences (e-learning, microlearning, video-based learning, toolkits).
• Own small to medium learning solutions end-to-end from idea to launch and improvement.
• Use AI-powered content tools and modern authoring platforms to create high-quality learning quickly.
• Ensure outputs meet design, brand, accessibility and technical standards through reviews.
• Shape learner experiences on intranet and Workday Learning, keeping catalogues clear and on-brand.
• Onboard and coach Sana creators/editors, sharing best practices.
