Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking an Instructional Desing and Learning Technology Specialist to design and deliver digital and blended learning solutions for aviation IT products. You will work with subject matter experts, trainers and customers to transform complex concepts into clear learning content and engaging experiences.

The role requires experience in instructional design, LMS management (Adobe Learning Manager / Adobe Captivate Prime), and applying adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and development of digital or blended learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Adobe Learning Manager / Adobe Captivate Prime).
• Practical knowledge of e-learning creation methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results.
• Hybrid work readiness with 2 days in Gdańsk.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Degree or education related to training, instructional design, education, communication, or technology is a nice to have.

As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with aviation experts, product teams, trainers, and customers to transform complex aviation IT concepts into clear, effective, and engaging learning solutions.

• Design and develop digital and blended learning solutions for complex aviation IT products.

Who are you?

Our requirements:

• Experience in instructional design and development of digital or blended learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS platforms (preferably Adobe Learning Manager / Adobe Captivate Prime), including managing learning content, users, learning paths, and reports.
• Practical knowledge of e-learning creation methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Very good command of English (B2/C1) .
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have:

• Experience creating training materials for technical products or software solutions.
• Knowledge of aviation or interest in the aviation industry.
• Experience with instructional design frameworks such as 6Ds of Breakthrough Learning, Brinkerhoff's.
• Success Case Method, or L1-L4 evaluation models.
• Experience with graphic design, video production, animations, gamification, or microlearning.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Degree or education related to training, instructional design, education, communication, or technology.
