You will keep Thrive running smoothly, support users, manage content, and explore how AI can help us deliver high-quality learning faster while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, or people development.
• Knowledge of learning design principles and ability to create practical, applied learning experiences.
• Interest in leveraging AI to design and deliver learning more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own learning and development projects from end to end.
• Partner with stakeholders to uncover true needs and design outcomes.
• Maintain and support Thrive LMS and learning content.
• Pilot solutions, test, and refine based on data and feedback.
• Facilitate sessions and contribute to a range of L&D initiatives.
