Job summary

JLL is seeking an Audio Visual Technical Manager to lead the technical heartbeat of our conference spaces and the team behind them. This client-facing leadership role combines deep AV expertise with strong people management to ensure flawless delivery across every meeting.

You'll guide a team of AV coordinators, act as the trusted technical authority for clients and their customers, and balance hands-on troubleshooting with mentorship in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line-manage a team of AV coordinators.
• Serve as client-facing technical authority for meetings.
• Provide white-glove technical support for meetings.
• Resolve client concerns and proactively address needs.
• Oversee deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC, and other systems.
• Coordinate room setups, layouts, and equipment specifications.
• Manage maintenance, testing, and firmware updates.
• Escalate and coordinate with IT and vendors.

We’re looking for an Audio Visual Technical Manager to lead the technical heartbeat of our conference spaces — and the team behind them. This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who combines deep AV expertise with strong people management, ensuring flawless delivery across every meeting while guiding a team of coordinators to do the same. You'll be the trusted technical authority for clients and their customers, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with the oversight and mentorship a growing team needs. What You'll Do

• Lead and line-manage a team of AV coordinators, providing guidance, support, and day-to-day direction
• Act as the client-facing technical authority, working closely with clients and their customers to ensure a seamless experience
• Deliver white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and executive meetings
• Anticipate potential AV issues before they arise and proactively resolve client concerns or needs
• Provide technical expertise for the deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC codec, and other integrated AV systems (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.)
• Oversee conference room booking systems and coordinate room setups to precise specifications (layout, airwalls, microphones, projection)
• Drive proactive maintenance, testing, calibration, and firmware/software updates across all conference room equipment
• Own escalation and resolution of technical issues, including coordination with IT and vendor partners
