Job summary

Flix is seeking a motivated Technical Operations Manager to own the operational relationship with API partners and lead cross-functional projects to scale our platform globally.

You will integrate and maintain partner inventory across models, support country organizations, and collaborate with engineers to enable new business opportunities while ensuring data-driven decisions and a strong international mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, account management, process improvement, or a similar B2B-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering cross-team projects.
• Comfortable in a technical environment with API integrations and data.
• Self-motivated, able to set goals and devise creative workarounds to meet needs.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven decision process.
• Enjoys international environments and teamwork.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own partner integration and inventory across all models (self-service, manual, hybrid, API).
• Handle B2B partners as the operational point of contact and resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scope to delivery to improve onboarding and integration quality.
• Support country organizations by understanding needs and translating them into oper­ational solutions.
• Be an expert user of internal tools and collaborate with engineers to enable new business opportunities.
