Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking an organized Associate Producer to support live events, activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap.

You will work with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations, supporting the VP of Production and maintaining schedules, budgets, and vendor logistics. Remote in the United States, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event production or related field.
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Coordinate with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations; assist VP of Production.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and action items; maintain production schedules and run-of-show docs.
• Assist with budgets: estimates, invoices, expenses, POs, vendor docs; maintain budget control.
• Research vendors, assist with bids and contracts, manage vendor logistics.
