Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks a Producer to independently lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality across venues, vendors, and logistics.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events, strong organization, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or creative agency environments managing full program lifecycles.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills with solid event logistics understanding.
• Experience building and managing production schedules and budgets (POs, invoices, reconciliation).

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategy into production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive momentum.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and maintain key documentation (run-of-shows, staffing plans, logistics).
• Develop and track comprehensive production schedules across pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap.
