Edgility Talent Partners is looking for an Associate Partner to guide organizational growth for their clients. The AP will lead multi-stakeholder projects and support client relationships while managing complex engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a high EQ, and be a strong relationship builder. They will also design and facilitate learning experiences that support client development in a fully remote setup.

This role offers a starting salary of $135,000 plus sales commission and comprehensive benefits.

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager managing complex projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate discussions.
• High EQ; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable solutions.
• Experience in client services and managing client presentations.
• Familiarity with nonprofit and social impact sector operations.
