Capital.com, a leading trading platform, is expanding globally and seeks an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to own a diverse partner portfolio. You will build long-term relationships, identify new partners, and drive projects from outreach through onboarding and review.

Requirements include 2+ years in affiliate/partnerships, strong English, and a data-driven approach. You will collaborate with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing to deliver results and scale growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results.
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish.
• Commercial mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, multi-tasking approach managing several priorities.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets, acting as their main point of contact.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand partner needs for growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and approach new partners aligned with priorities.
• Lead partnership projects end to end—from outreach to negotiation, onboarding, launch, and review.
• Review partner performance, identify opportunities or issues, and translate data into actions.
• Coordinate launches with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to boost productivity in research, communication, and reporting.
• Ensure partner activity meets regulatory, commercial, and brand standards.
