Job summary

Adtraction is seeking a Partner Manager to grow publisher relationships and maximize partner-driven growth across Europe. You will understand publishers' needs, suggest innovative ideas, and collaborate with Account Managers to create long-term value for advertisers and partners.

You’ll build local market strategies with the Country Manager, mentor junior colleagues, and drive sustainable growth while traveling to events and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Established network of publisher relationships.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and engage new publishers and content creators.
• Build long-term trust through regular communication and events.
• Track partner activity using CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Plan promotional activities and seasonal e-commerce initiatives.
• Handle partnership terms and commercial agreements for growth.
• Develop local market strategies with Country Manager and mentor teammates.
