Job summary

SUEZ in Poland is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Director in coordinating site execution, contract coordination, and strict project controls. The role bridges on-site operations and governance, ensuring engineering milestones, budgets, and safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, assist with permits and documentation, and help prepare monthly progress reports while growing within an international company.

Qualifications

• Experience with project controls, reporting, and risk management.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of French/Spanish is an asset.
• Polish language is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Act as right hand to the Project Director in day-to-day site operations, coordination and problem-solving; drive project momentum and ensure milestones are met.
• Own and update key management tools – Master Schedule, Budget/Cost Control, Progress Tracking, Project Risk Register; consolidate and prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Coordinate workflows with main on-site subcontractors; resolve interface conflicts and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Supervise permits and legal compliance; ensure documentation and permits for use are prepared.
• Oversee commissioning and startup readiness; allocate resources and mobilize teams.
• Collaborate with HSE teams to enforce standards across site activities.
