Job summary

You will coordinate engineers, procurement, and external partners, ensuring contractual discipline and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years overall experience in Project Management of Infrastructure projects for contractors (EPC / DB), with hands-on site execution.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Proposes and implements project strategy aligning 3-year construction with 30-year operations.
• Ensures QHSE compliance and manages costs, quality, and schedule.
• Leads internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients, across multiple sites.
• Manages contracts, variations and claims to protect company interests.
