Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a GSS Project Controls Team Leader to lead project controls processes across ERP systems. The role includes SLA reviews, major improvement programs, and standardization of transitioned processes, reporting to the Poland Site Manager.

The position is hybrid with 2 days per week at the Kraków office and the rest remote. Candidates should have 3+ years in project controls, strong leadership, and experience with SAP PS and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of project controls experience.
• Knowledge of SAP PS and data governance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP templates.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data collection to optimize efficiencies and data quality.
• Develop and update job aids and deliver trainings for project management.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify data issues and drive data governance with PMO.
• Lead major projects and ad hoc tasks; manage meetings.
• Support leadership to drive process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance for project controls processes.
• Maintain team capacity planning and recruitment activities.
