Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking an entry-level Order-to-Cash specialist to support OTC processes with emphasis on Accounts Receivable.

You will monitor payments, follow up on invoices, and maintain accurate customer records while resolving discrepancies. You will communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify issues and ensure timely resolution. • Minimum B2 level of German and good communication skills in English.
• Initial hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable (AR), or a related finance and accounting process.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, payment monitoring, and accounts receivable processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to resolving issues and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
