HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the Application Management initiatives across the business unit.

You will define and maintain the governance framework, standards, and templates, while guiding Application Managers through training and onboarding to ensure consistent service delivery. The role requires 5–8 years in IT within a global organization, strong ITSM and governance experience, ServiceNow and CMDB proficiency, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of IT experience in a global organization.
• Experience with IT governance, ITSM, and Application Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB management.
• Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and operational docs.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve the Application Management Framework across the Business Unit.
• Develop standards, processes, templates, and governance docs.
• Support Application Managers via training and onboarding.
• Drive improvements in governance, ownership quality, and CMDB data quality.
• Define criteria for transitioning apps to service providers and oversee handover.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Compliance, and support teams to raise maturity.
