Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking an experienced IT governance professional to define and improve the Application Management Framework across the business unit. You’ll develop standards, templates, and governance documentation while supporting Application Managers with training and onboarding and driving CMDB quality and ownership across global teams.

You’ll collaborate with Portfolio, Compliance, and support teams to raise maturity and ensure alignment with Hitachi Energy policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years of IT experience in a global organization.
• Experience with IT governance, ITSM, and application management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and CMDB processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve the Application Management Framework.
• Develop governance standards, templates, and documentation.
• Support Application Managers with training and onboarding.
• Improve application governance and CMDB data quality.
• Define criteria for transitioning apps to external providers.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Compliance, and support teams.
