Job summary

WellaCompany is seeking an AP Junior Analyst to join the EMEA Shared Service Center. You will support end-to-end accounts payable tasks, including invoices, travel and expenses, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the process.

You will work in a collaborative, diverse team of about a dozen people, with a flexible hybrid model and EU remote options. Fluency in English is required, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; students welcome full-time.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) written and spoken; strong communication skills.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and SAP/MSD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and high quality of AP processes.
• Handle travel and expense processing.
• Perform daily AP operations and posting of invoices.
• Monitor payment deadlines and processing of payments.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
• Perform AP reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure transactions follow accounting policies.
• Drive process improvements and issue resolution.
• Create and update SOPs; collaborate with AP team.
• Interact with stakeholders across levels and functions.
