WellaCompany is seeking an AP Junior Analyst to join our EMEA SSC in Łódź, working in a hybrid setup with a twelve-person AP team. You will process invoices, travel and expense reports, and payments while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations.

The role requires an accounting/finance background, fluent English, strong communication, and attention to detail. SAP/MSD knowledge and MS Office skills are advantageous as you support cross-functional collaboration and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; students welcome for full-time roles.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work across cultures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and high quality of AP processes.
• Handle travel and expense processing.
• Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and invoice posting.
• Monitor payment deadlines and control payments execution.
• Respond to internal and external queries including vendor and employee inquiries.
• Perform AP reconciliation and reporting; ensure transactions follow accounting policy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and SOP documentation.
• Collaborate with AP team members and other departments.
