Westinghouse in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Junior Accountant to handle basic payable functions and invoice processing. You will liaise with vendors, report to the Accounts Payable Lead, and work in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office.

Requirements include a BS in Accounting/Finance or related field, 6+ months in finance/admin, and English and Swedish at B2/C1 level. Base salary ranges from PLN 5,166 to 6,450 gross monthly, with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience inFinance or Administrative role.
• English and Swedish at B2/C1 level.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Scan and enter invoices and related support into the system.
• Process and match PO invoices.
• Monitor and resolve issues within the invoice workflow.
• Resolve and elevate invoices needing further research.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing.
• Follow accounts payable policies and internal controls.
• Process non-PO invoices per policy.
• Monitor and follow up on invoices blocked for payment.
