Job summary

Kennanetal Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors for an optimal user experience.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager – HRIS, this role involves system upgrades, releases, testing, and providing guidance to HR users while maintaining regulatory compliance across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or IT Support.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Resolve user issues, support data imports, and manage service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and release activities.
• Coordinate quarterly testing for SuccessFactors releases and patches.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR users.
• Monitor data quality, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in risk assessments and support the evaluation of new HR technologies.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize HR systems and processes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. • Experience supporting system changes, releases, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and managing incidents within SLA requirements.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification and automation experience are a plus.
