Job summary

Client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join its business services centre in a hybrid model. The role focuses on administering SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR data operations across multiple teams.

You will resolve user issues, participate in system implementations, and coordinate testing of releases and fixes while maintaining data security and compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, HR or related field.
• Experience with HRIS, HR Tech or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to manage systems, troubleshoot issues and handle incidents within SLA.
• Experience with IT and HR teams on system implementations, updates and integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process automation tools and SAP SuccessFactors certifications is a plus.
• Good command of English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Taking part in evaluating new HR technologies and supporting their implementation.
• Working closely with HR and IT teams as well as external vendors.
