Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks a Technology and Reporting Lead to design and run FLOD metrics for the AML program. You will act as SME for AML technology and reporting, collaborating with KYC Solutions, and delivering KPIs/KRIs to BU Risk and Board committees.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, PowerBI/Tableau knowledge, and the ability to translate complex AML policies into actionable tools and reports. Office-based with some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting AML technology requirements and reporting processes.
• Ability to translate policies into actionable technology changes and reports.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for AML & Sanctions technology and reporting.
• Collaborate with KYC Solutions to assess tech needs and requirements.
• Produce/coordinate KPIs and KRIs for governance forums.
• Coordinate training with AML program leads on technology changes.
• Develop tools, reports, and templates; maintain procedures and guidance.
