Revenue.AI is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI transformation and delivery for clients. You will collaborate with external clients and internal teams to implement AI-driven analytics, automation, and data solutions.

The role requires a technical background, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication in a fast-paced startup environment. A hybrid work setup with one day in the office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI, data science, or ML projects in client-facing environments.
• Proficient with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with SAFe is a plus.
• Fluency in Jira for project management.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLMs, chatbots, analytics).
• Educational or professional background in CS/engineering/datascience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Role overview

• Collaborate with both external clients and internal teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven analytics, automation, and data solutions across client environments.
• Define project goals and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are technically feasible.
• Lead team meetings such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end technology delivery of data analytics projects.
• Implement and promote best practices to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and quality.
• Adapt to project requirements and effectively manage changes.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Automate your own way of working: build the automations and AI agents (in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and similar) that remove manual reporting, tracking and governance from you and your team.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Experience managing technology delivery teams focused on AI, chatbot development, BI, and/or data science projects (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience managing delivery of AI, data science, or ML-based projects in client-facing environments, with practical understanding of AI systems (e.g., LLMs, chatbots, or predictive analytics) and ability to guide teams working with modern AI technologies.
• Experience working on client-facing projects.
• Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
• Fluency in using Jira for managing projects.
• AI exposure is required: technical candidates must demonstrate hands-on, production-level experience building or deploying AI systems
• Educational and/or professional computer science, engineering,datascience background is preferred.
