Job summary

SoftSnow is seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to own client engagements from kickoff to delivery while liaising with senior leaders. You will translate business challenges into actionable project plans, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable client value through structured coordination and clear communication.

This remote role requires confidence with VP and C-suite stakeholders, leading complex AI transformation programs and driving adoption across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in client services, account management, or project management at a consulting firm, agency, or technology services company.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and driving projects to successful completion.
• Utilization of AI tools to improve efficiencies and outputs in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and daily client communication with stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Lead weekly client cadence, agenda, materials, decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Run discovery sessions to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
• Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
• Create and quality-check client-facing deliverables (decks, emails, briefs).
• Ensure blockers are resolved and progress tracked against outcomes.
• Help establish internal processes and templates to scale without sacrificing quality.
