Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, digital transformation, or related tech roles.
- Hands-on experience delivering software solutions and technology transformations within complex organizations.
- Practical experience with AI technologies, ML solutions, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Understanding of modern software development practices, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong ability to link business objectives with technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Nice to have: Azure OpenAI, Databricks, NVIDIA ecosystem, ML platforms, or modern data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of AI across engineering platforms, software solutions, and development teams.
- Translate strategic AI initiatives into practical implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, software delivery, and business processes through AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define use cases, validate ideas, and support implementation activities.
- Work closely with architects, data specialists, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of AI capabilities.
- Promote modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development approaches.
- Support modernization initiatives including evolving legacy systems and adopting new technology patterns.
- Drive experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives with the innovation organization.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities relevant to the engineering organization.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for safe and scalable AI adoption.
