Job summary
Edge Recruitment is seeking an AI Adoption Manager for a leading travel tech platform in Central & Eastern Europe. You will drive AI adoption across non-technical teams, working with Technology leadership to translate AI capabilities into business value.
You will build an organization-wide AI knowledge network, define adoption metrics, and lead communications to maintain momentum. The role reports to senior leadership and involves shaping governance and practical AI integration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading organization-wide adoption or transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Innovative change management with measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI enablement programs for non-technical teams.
- Build a company-wide network of AI Champions to drive adoption.
- Own AI Knowledge Hub with practical resources and use cases.
- Define and monitor AI adoption metrics and business impact.
- Lead internal communications around AI, including events and showcases.
- Identify high-value AI use cases with business leaders and scale pilots.
- Stay updated on AI tech trends and governance alignment.
