Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand, seeks a Head of AI Transformation and Business Operations in Dubai to lead company-wide AI integration. You will own the transformation portfolio, redesign workflows, and ensure delivery within budgets while achieving measurable business impact across functions.

You report to the CEO and build reusable workflows, operating models, and an AI-native toolkit to scale AI-driven decisions globally.

Qualifications

8+ years in business operations, business systems, product operations, or transformation with cross-functional change leadership.
AI-enabled workflows you originated and deployed across at least two functions, with baseline, contribution, adoption, and ownership details.
Strong proficiency with LLMs, agents, integrations, and automation; able to prototype and guide production delivery.
Commercial and systems judgment across workflow simplification, prioritization, data quality, evaluation, and economics.
Leadership that secures adoption, develops team capability, and establishes ownership.
Adaptive tool selection based on evidence and business fit; justify when automation or simpler processes suffice.
