Link Group is seeking an experienced Head of Digital Innovation to shape and execute the organization's AI strategy, drive digital transformation, and deliver measurable business value in a fast-paced global context.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives from opportunity identification to scaling solutions, build multidisciplinary teams, and partner with business and technology leaders to maximise ROI while upholding responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, AI, data, or product leadership.
• Proven success delivering complex digital initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Experience with cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the digital innovation and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end innovation process: ideation, validation, pilot delivery, and scaling.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and digital initiatives.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and ROI tracking for innovation projects.
• Drive AI, data, and automation initiatives while promoting responsible AI practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Foster agile delivery, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement.
• Build and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships and oversee the innovation portfolio.

Responsible for shaping and executing the organization's innovation and AI strategy, driving digital transformation, and delivering measurable business value. Leads the full innovation lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and validating ideas to implementing and scaling successful solutions. Builds a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring responsible use of AI and close cooperation with business and technology teams.
