Puffy, a leading D2C brand with over $1B in sales, seeks a Senior CRO Manager to own on-site conversion, experimentation roadmap, UX and merchandising direction. You will design and backlog tests, drive pricing and messaging strategies, and report directly to the VP Digital Experience & Conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO and ecommerce analytics with measurable revenue impact.
• Advanced GA4 analytics and behavioral tools for hypothesis generation.
• End-to-end A/B and multivariate testing with statistical rigor.
• Strong visual/UI judgment to guide layout and interaction decisions.
• Mobile-first CRO with emphasis on viewport priority and hierarchy.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, bundles, upsells, and trust signals.
• Self-service BI analysis to investigate performance and build hypotheses.
• AI-first approach embedded in CRO research and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation roadmap end-to-end: hypothesis, design, implement, QA, launch, analyze.
• Rebuild mobile purchase journey around priority and disclosure.
• Restructure pricing, comparisons, bundles, and trust signals based on evidence.
• Set testing standards and align with Design and Development on layout and interaction.
• Present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
