Job summary

Link Group in Poland seeks a senior leader to shape and execute the organization's innovation and AI strategy, driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business value.

You will lead the end-to-end innovation lifecycle, build high-performing teams, establish governance and ROI tracking, and partner with business and technology teams to scale responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, AI, data, or product leadership.
• Proven success delivering complex digital initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Experience with cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English; experience in international environments is an advantage.
