Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce developer with hands-on AI experience to join a team focusing on CRM and AI-driven solutions in Poland. You will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce applications (Apex, LWC, Flow) while building AI agents and integrations with APIs and MuleSoft.

Data Cloud and RAG work will be part of the data strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders, follow Agile practices, and contribute to testing and deployment.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC, and Flow.
Experience with integrations using APIs and web services.
Hands-on experience with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
Knowledge of data handling with Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
Strong English communication (minimum B2) and fluent Polish.
Ability to work independently and in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Develop applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
Build and configure AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts.
Create and develop integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
Work with data in the context of AI (Data Cloud, RAG).
Design and automate business processes.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow

Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents

Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
Fluent Polish language skills required
Must be located in Poland
