Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce AI Developer to join a client project building CRM apps with Apex, LWC, and Flow, and crafting AI-driven solutions including agents and data handling workflows.

You will implement integrations via APIs/MuleSoft, work on Data Cloud and RAG, and automate business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services.
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level.
• Polish language fluent.
• Must be located in Poland.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?
