Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce developer with AI exposure to join a project for a client building CRM applications and AI solutions. You will work with Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and data tools to create automated processes with real business impact.

In addition to hands-on Salesforce development, you will implement AI features such as agents and prompts, integrate with MuleSoft, and handle Data Cloud/RAG workflows in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with integrations using APIs and web services.
• Hands-on AI solutions like chatbots or agents.
• Data handling with Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Polish language fluency and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC and Flow.

Job description

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
• Designing business process automation
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
• Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Cloud
• Knowledge of RAG or working with contextual data
• Previous work with GenAI and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, CI/CD, and Git
• Experience working with data security
• Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant certificate
