Job summary

Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking a Salesforce + AI focused developer to join a client project. You will build CRM apps using Apex, LWC, and Flow, and craft AI solutions including agents, prompts, and data handling.

You will integrate with APIs and MuleSoft, work with Data Cloud and RAG, and help automate business processes while collaborating with stakeholders. English at B2 level and fluent Polish are required.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services.
Hands-on with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
Data handling with Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
Good knowledge of Agile methods and ability to work independently.
Very good English (B2) and fluent Polish.

Responsibilities

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
Designing business process automation
Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
Fluent Polish language skills required
Must be located in Poland
