Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce Developer with AI experience to join a client project delivering CRM with AI agents, integrations, and data handling. You will work on Salesforce with Apex, LWC, Flow, and build AI solutions within the Salesforce context.

You will collaborate with the team to design automated business processes, perform testing, and maintain systems. Fluency in Polish and at least B2 English, 3+ years Salesforce, and MuleSoft/CI/CD/Git familiarity are expected.

Job description

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
• Designing business process automation
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
• Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Cloud
• Knowledge of RAG or working with contextual data
• Previous work with GenAI and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, CI/CD, and Git
• Experience working with data security
• Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant certificate
