Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce AI-focused engineer to develop applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow, while building AI solutions and integrations with APIs and MuleSoft.

You will work with Data Cloud, RAG, and automated business processes, collaborating with stakeholders in an agile environment. Fluency in English is required, Polish language is essential, and you must be based in Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Salesforce experience, including Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services.
• Practical experience with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Very good English communication (minimum B2).
• Polish language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Build and configure AI solutions, including agents and prompts.
• Create integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Handle data in AI contexts (Data Cloud, RAG).
• Design automated business processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Participate in testing and optimization of solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing systems.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
• Designing business process automation
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
• Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must be located in Poland

Nice to have
