Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce-focused developer to join a client project that blends CRM development with AI solutions. You will build apps using Apex, LWC and Flow, and create integrations via APIs and MuleSoft to automate business processes.

You’ll work with data aspects of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG, contribute to AI-driven agents and prompts, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements. Fluency in Polish and strong English communications are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with integrations via APIs and web services.
• Hands-on with automation and AI solutions like chatbots.
• Knowledge of data handling with Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies; able to work independently.
• Excellent English communication (B2).
• Polish language fluency required.
• Poland-based location.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
• Designing business process automation
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
• Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Cloud
• Knowledge of RAG or working with contextual data
