Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to build and optimize CRM applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow. You will design AI-enabled solutions, integrate with external systems via APIs and MuleSoft, and manage data flows including Data Cloud and RAG.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and delivering practical AI-driven automations. The candidate should be fluent in Polish and English (B2+), work well independently, and thrive in an Agile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with integrations via APIs and web services.
• Hands-on AI solutions: chatbots, agents, data handling (Data Cloud, CDP, pipelines).
• Strong English communication and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Build and configure AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts.
• Create integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Work with data in AI context (Data Cloud, RAG) and data pipelines.
• Design business process automation and improve automation workflows.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define requirements.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
• Designing business process automation
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
• Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Cloud
• Knowledge of RAG or working with contextual data
• Previous work with GenAI and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, CI/CD, and Git
• Experience working with data security
