Job summary

Manago AI, based in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a skilled Customer Success professional to help customers understand and effectively use our platform. You will maintain regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries across channels, driving adoption of new features and enhancing customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Support and R&D, report trends, and keep CRM data current while fostering a proactive, customer‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced, internationally

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success within the IT sector.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and cloud-based tools like Google Workspace.
• Fluency in Polish and English; other languages like Spanish or Italian are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in understanding and using platform features.
• Hold regular check-ins to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests through multiple channels.
• Recommend features based on customer goals and challenges.
• Monitor customer activity and engagement using internal tools.
• Act as voice of customer across Product, Support, and R&D.
• Report recurring issues to inform product improvements.
• Keep CRM up to date with interactions.
