Job summary

Manago AI, a Customer Engagement Platform based in Kraków, Poland, is seeking professionals for a sales-focused role. You will prospect, qualify leads, and coordinate meetings with our Account Executives while staying informed about industry trends and our evolving product offerings.

The role emphasizes strong communication and an autonomous, motivated approach in an on-site Kraków setting. European language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What you will be doing

• Utilizing strategic prospecting techniques to initiate outreach and build a robust pipeline.
• Assessing prospect interest in Manago AI and identifying qualified leads from marketing campaigns.
• Understanding prospect needs, challenges, and determining their fit as ideal customers.
• Setting up productive meetings between potential clients and our experienced Account Executives.
• Developing and executing effective prospect strategies and plans.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to enhance your prospect engagement.
• Staying up-to-date on Manago AI's evolving product and service offerings.

We are looking for individuals with

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level). Additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Kraków, Poland.
• Previous experience in sales or prospecting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
• A proactive, organized, creative, and highly motivated approach.
