Job summary

Text is seeking a growth marketer to own the full funnel for its AI-first, PLG SaaS products. You will drive self-serve signups, activation, and paid conversion across landing pages and campaigns, measuring trials, CAC, and pipeline.

Collaborating with design, web engineers, SEO, and analytics, you will plan and run paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), optimize product pages, and defend channel bets using data and AI insights. You’ll ship copy and pages end-to-end and scale with automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS or product-led companies.
• Direct ownership of revenue or pipeline metrics.
• Hands-on paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong website conversion and product page optimization.
• Fluent English writing for customer-facing copy.

Responsibilities

• Move the self-serve funnel: signups → activation → paid conversion; measure trials and CAC.
• Drive product-related website sections: UX, structure, and conversion with design/SEO teams.
• Plan and run paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) tied to trial and pipeline goals.
• Defend channel bets across performance, SEO/AI search, lifecycle, and content with data.
• Ship end-to-end: write copy, build landing pages, set up campaigns, scale with teams.
• Use AI tools to research, test messages, and create briefs for campaigns.
• Turn analytics into sharper value propositions with clean tracking (GA4, GTM, UTM).
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to keep message-market fit tight.
